The present M.J.C. (contempt petition) is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.01.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No.17184 of 2018 read with petitioner's representation dated 17.01.2020.

The concerned respondent was required to examined the petitioner's representation, insofar as the implementation of the communication dated 25.11.2016 of the Officer on Special Duty and it was addressed to the Vice - Chancellor, Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic and Persian University, Patna.

Today, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent nos. 4 to 8. We have perused the communication dated 19.01.2024 and it has been placed on record as Annexure OP/1. Reading of the entire communication, we are satisfied with the implementation of the letter dated 25.11.2016 addressed to the University on behalf of the Officer on Special Duty (Judicial), Governor's Secretariate, Bihar. 5.

Therefore, the present M.J.C. No. 101 of
