On the basis of confidential information conveyed by superior officials a vehicle was intercepted having occupied by four persons who on interrogation disclosed their identity as Mantu Yadav @ Manoj Yadav, Tarni Pujhar @ Modiji, Dhattu @ Guttu @ Rajesh Tudu @ Dhadku @ Gethia (petitioner) and Surendra Yadav (driver). On further interrogation, Mantu Yadav had disclosed presence of firearms at different locations and on account thereof, the police carried them to different locations. At the place of Mantu Yadav one country made pistol was recovered while from the possession of petitioner Chanku Besra @ Chunku Besra one country made rifle has been seized along with the pamphlets relating to Maowadi. After completing investigation charge sheet had already been submitted. However, the most crucial aspect happens to be on account of absence of petitioner Chanku over the seizure list relating to recovery of firearm from his possession.

No.17051 of 2015 (3) dt.22-05-2015 That being so, petitioners Dhattu @ Guttu @ Rajesh Tudu @ Dhadku @ Gethia, Chanku Besra @ Chunku Besra each are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jamui in connection with VAP Case No.6 of 2015 arising out of Chakai P.S.
