The present contempt application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for initiation of a contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties, particularly the opposite party no. 2, for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 05.02.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5257 of 2011.

3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the aforesaid order dated 05.02.2018, passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.3934 of 2018(2) dt.19-07-2023 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 5257 of 2011, has not been complied with by the opposite parties.

4. A show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, The Director, Human Resources Development Department, Bihar, Patna, where it has been stated that vide Sanchika Sankhya-8/Mu.4-68/2016..166/Patna, dated 01.03.2023, annexed as Annexure A to the supplementary show cause, final order has already been passed.

5. Considering the fact that the order dated 05.02.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5257 of 2011, has already been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present case.

6. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the order dated 01.03.2023, he may challenge the same in a separate writ application.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the present contempt application stands disposed of.
