It has been accepted by the counsel for the petitioner that his entire dues, which was claimed by the petitioner, has been received in the petitioner's account. He only submits that interest on the said amount has not been paid. Counsel for the University submits that he has filed counter affidavit yesterday in the portal of the High Court as well as hard copy.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph - 4 and 5, of the counter affidavit, he has categorically submitted

In this view of the matter that the payment has been made to the satisfaction of the petitioner, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
