Foreign liquor in terms of seizure list along with bolero jeep was seized and petitioners were found occupying the vehicle while the driver managed to escape. Petitioners are under custody since 04.03.2015 having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioners (1) Shiva Chandra Sah and

(2) Arvind Mahto each directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.
