The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioner, knowing fully well that the alleged land is in the share of informant, got the land executed. Petitioners are the bonafide purchasers of the land in question, who purchased the said land after making payment of entire consideration money to the vendor. There is delay of seven days in lodging the F.I.R. The dispute is civil in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5825 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Motihari, District - East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 687 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
