JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The present case was registered against unknown persons but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced and, accordingly, he was arrested and made his confessional statement. It appears that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 02.06.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran.
