The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 427, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dayan Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any office. In fact, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover, the parties have

The petitioner No.2 is a student and pursuing in intermediate which is evident from Annexure-3 and 3-A. Hence, the petitioners may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing their personal bond to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
