JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.410/19, registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 27 of Arms Act was added. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is innocent and only an order giver, no allegation of firing. He is aged about 66 years, implicated in this case due to land dispute. The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019, having no criminal antecedent and charge sheet has been submitted, as such there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7231 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No.410/19.
