The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014 registered under Sections 461 and 379/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner finds place in confessional statement of one of the co-accused.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ramesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014.
