Having regard to the facts that the petitioner is having an alternative and effective remedy of approaching the DRT, Patna under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, he is aggrieved by the notices issued by the Respondent-LIC (Housing Finance Limited) under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and also under Rule 8(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement), Rules 2002, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the DRT, Patna, if he is so advised.
