Petitioner seeks bail in Mahila P.S. Case No.92 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 504, 506, 379/34, 498-A Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the informant. He is ready to keep the wife with full dignity and honour. He has filed Matrimonial Case No.182 of 2018 for restitution of conjugal rights.

In the written report, it is alleged that informant was tortured by the petitioner for demand of dowry. Petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3749 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.92 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
