1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party nos. 2 to 5 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Masaurhi (Patna) vide a common order dated 18.05.2022 passed in A.B.P. No. 1696 of 2022 and A.B.P. No. 2514 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7077 of 2023(3) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2022.
