Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mrs. Tanuja Mishra, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.

It is agreed between the parties that the retiral benefits of the petitioner shall be released in his favour along with statutory interest thereon, except for rupees four lakh which shall be held till the disposal of the departmental proceeding against him/order on the writ petition filed assailing such deduction, within three months from today. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned agreed terms.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
