Mr. Shivendra Kishore, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the University fairly submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is covered by the decision of this Court dated 17.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 17670 of 2017.

In view of the above, the writ application is disposed of in similar terms. The respondents are required to act in accordance with the decision of this Court dated 17.07.2018
