Patna High Court MJC No.3938 of 2018(3) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 petitioners seeks to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 10.10.2018 passed by the Superintending Engineer, Road Construction Department, Road Division, Saharsa, which has been passed in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 16353 of 2010.
