Babita Kumar who are married with Somar Pandit about ten years ago allegedly been murdered and her dead body has been disposed of. It has also been disclosed that sonin-law was persistently demanding the dowry. That being so petitioner Sukhiya Devi @ Suko Devi who happens to be mother-in-law and is under custody since 14-02-2015 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri R. Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.14 of 2015.
