Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner and other accused persons committed road robbery.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Name of the petitioner has come in the case on the confessional statement of co-accused. No any incriminating articles has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
