Heard the parties.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 448, 380, 427, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is a case and counter case. Petitioners have allegedly caused injury on the vital parts of the body with Khanti, etc.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the doctor has found simple injury. Petitioners' side had also sustained injury at the hand of the prosecution side.

No.3091 of 2020(3) dt.25-06-2020 2/2 Considering the totality of the material and nature of allegation of commission of murderous assault, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Hence, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2019.
