2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 406, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. In this case, petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit and in paragraph - 3 and 6 of the same, it is stated that petitioner has received Rs. 9,00,000/- (nine lacs) from the informant, out of which, Rs. 1,00,000/- (one lac) has already been returned to the informant and with regard to rest amount i.e. Rs. 8,00,000/- (eight lacs), petitioner is ready to refund the same in installments to the informant within a period of one year.

4. Learned counsel for the informant/opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the contention/offer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriyasarai P.S. Case No. 546 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the light of following terms and conditions:

A. At the time of furnishing bail-bond Rs. 1,50,000/- (Rupees one lac fifty thousand) shall be deposited through Bank Draft.

B. Rest amount i.e. Rs. 6,50,000/- (Rupees three lacs and fifty thousand) in six monthly installment within a period of one year from the date of furnishing bail-bond. C. If petitioner fails to comply with the aforesaid direction of this Court, the Court below is free to cancel the bail-bond of the petitioner.
