2. The petitioner has a grievance in respect of constitution of the Governing Body and Managing Committee of + 2 Apurva High School, Balwahat in the District of Saharsa.
3. It is stated in the writ application that the School has
Patna High Court CWJC No.4803 of 2017(2) dt.16-01-2018 2/3 been upgraded in the year, 2008 as Senior Secondary School. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Governing Body of the School, which has been constituted at the behest of the previous Principal of the School is not in accordance with the bye-laws/Regulations framed in this regard, more particularly, Bihar School Examination Board (Senior Secondary) Affiliation Regulations, 2013. The petitioner claims to be adopted son of the donor member of the said School.

I do not intend to go into certain controversies, which have been raised in the present writ application and I consider it appropriate to direct the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board to consider whether the Governing Body and the Managing Committee of the said School have been duly constituted in accordance with the provisions as contained in the Regulations.
5. The Chairman for the said purpose, will consider the contents of the present writ application as representation. If in the opinion of the Chairman of the Board, the Governing Body and the Managing Committee so far constituted are not in accordance with the Regulations, he shall proceed to ensure constitution of the Governing Body and the Managing Committee. The entire exercise must be completed within three
