It happens to be a case registered under Section 376/ 511 of the I.P.C. on account of attempting upon the informant to ravish. However, petitioner's presence inside the house of the victim as per narration was not at all probable one by way of scaling through window coupled with the fact that petitioner happens to be under custody since 25.01.2015. Accordingly, petitioner, Kamleshwari Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. V. N. Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P. S. Case no.200 of 2014, subject to condition that an undertaking will be furnished by
