2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 318(4), 61(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. On secret information, a raid was conducted and clinic of petitioner i.e. Mamta Clinic was found closed and it is alleged that said clinic was being run without proper registration and license.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is neither owner of alleged Mamta Clinic nor has got anything to do with the alleged clinic. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from alleged clinic.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Suryapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
