This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 323 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has supported the prosecution case in the First Information Report as well as the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhojpur, Ara. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
