By order dated 23.01.2019 the petitioner was granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in paragraph-3 of the order dated 23.01.2019, instead of Motor Cycle inadvertently it was typed as Bolero Vehicle and, whereas the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, it was wrongly typed that other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51585 of dated 27.09.2018.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for necessary correction in the order dated 23.01.2019. Accordingly, the order dated 23.01.2019 may be read

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3003 of 2019(3) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 with the modification that 54 liters liquor was recovered from the alleged Motor Cycle, and the prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51585 of 2918 vide order dated 27.09.2018.

The order dated 23.01.2019 is modified to the above extent.
