28-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

This relates to grant of bail in G.R. No. 1357 of 2019, arising out of Salimpur P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, on 04-09-2019 at about 9:00 AM, the son of the informant aged about 18 years went out of his house and on 05-09-2018 at about 3:20 PM last call was made with him and thereafter, his son became traceless. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. His name has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vikash Kumar Srivastava. He further submits that mobile phone of the victim was recovered from the petitioner, which was actually sold to

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14-09-2019. Considering the fact that mobile phone of the victim was recovered from the petitioner and victim is still traceless, I am no inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail application stands dismissed.
