06-05-2015 Heard Sri Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. In compliance with earlier order, a report has been received, which suggests that charge was framed on 20.04.2015 and summons has been issued for securing attendance of the witnesses.

This is the second attempt for grant of bail of the petitioner in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.191 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected after examining the case diary. No new ground has been brought for entertaining the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16351 of 2015 (3) dt.06-05-2015 2/2 Accordingly, the prayer for bail again stands rejected. However, keeping in the fact that charge has already been framed, the learned court below is required to take appropriate steps, so that the trial may come to its logical end without unnecessary delay.
