The petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No.161 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 25 (1B),A-25 and 35 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case, in brief, is that when the informant along with raiding party reached near Panchmukhi Hanuman Mandir, he saw two persons roaming in suspicious condition and on seeing the police party, they started fleeing away but on chase they were apprehended. On search one country made pistol loaded with four cartridges and mobile were recovered from their possession.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16304 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 the possession of the petitioner one country made pistol and four live cartridges are said to have been recovered. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 8.11.2014.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No.161 of 2014. (Sudhir Singh, J) V.P.Sinha/- U
