The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No. 246 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 467, 468, 471 and 420(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. against the petitioner is that she has appointed as a Teacher on the basis of the fake certificates.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has already been terminated from his service and similarly situated co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 06.03.2019 by a Co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5032 of 2019(5) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13766 of 2019 and she has no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- ( Twenty five thousand ) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S.Case No. 246 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of Cr.P.C. and one of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.
