This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Adapur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2013, disclosing offence under Sections 385/387/379/444/307 of the I.P.C. and 27 of Arms Act. I am not inclined to grant the petitioners for privilege of anticipatory bail taking into account their criminal antecedent as mentioned in Paragraph-3 of the application.

Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.

The petitioners are directed to surrender before the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16287 of 2015 (3) dt.13-08-2015 Court below within six weeks and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does no, their application for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present application for grant of anticipatory bail.
