The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015 registered under Sections 379 and 411 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and name of the petitioner transpires from confessional statement of one of the coaccused. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara (T) P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015.
