The petitioner is accused in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 385 of 2015, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 387, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 302, 448 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused Monti Kumar showing his involvement and involvement of the petitioner in the present case, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that, in fact,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9238 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 petitioner is accused in two more cases, as detailed in para 3 of the bail petition and due to that reason, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2015.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Saurav Kumar Verma, J.M.1st Class, Patna in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S.
