====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Koilwar P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that informant seized one Motorcycle from Mechanic shop situated at Babura, Koilwar Chowk which is alleged to be stolen one. It is further alleged that one person started running away on seeing the police party. He was apprehended and disclosed his name as Dhiraj Thakur (petitioner).

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid Mechanic shop. He was preparing lock of Hero Honda Passion Pro Motorcycle which is alleged to be stolen one.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2273 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
