2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Adapur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2024 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the matter was referred to Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where both the parties have compromised the case and according to terms and conditions of the compromise, both of them took decision to live separately. The terms and conditions of the compromise including the payment
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5387 of 2025(6) dt.11-09-2025 2/2 of Rs, 5,00,000/- (Five lacs) from the petitioner to the opposite party No. 2 has been detailed in compromise petition annexed with the mediation report dated 08-09-2025.
4. Learned counsel for the informant (opposite party No. 2) fairly admits that one time settlement has arrived at between the parties.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Adapur P.S.
