The petitioner seeks his bail in Upahara P.S.Case No.46 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged by the informant that on secret information about loot in the Bank, when he reached near the Bank, the one person fled away but two accused persons, including the petitioner were apprehended and one country made pistol along with cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one country made pistol along with one cartridge is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.10.2014. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the fact the aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16312 of 2015 (2) dt.10-06-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Amit Manu, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Upahara P.S.Case No.46 of 2014.
