2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) and 21(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that from the house of this petitioner altogether 15.65 gm of smack like contraband was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel has further submitted that the witnesses of the seizure list are police personnel and police has

It has further been submitted that alleged recovery of the contraband is though more than small quantity but is much less than commercial quantity. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a lady who is in judicial custody since 23.10.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail and has submitted that the petitioner is having criminal antecedent of one case of similar nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 532 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Purnea.
