JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for directing the respondents not to recover a sum of Rs. 36,69,208/-, which is alleged to have been taken as a temporary advance by the petitioner, however, during the interregnum period, the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has passed an order dated 27.11.2020, whereby and whereunder a sum of Rs. 29,99,880/- has been found to be recoverable from the petitioner and

Patna High Court CWJC No.21009 of 2018(15) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 directions have been issued for recovery of the said amount from the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 27.11.2020. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.

For a period of eight weeks from today, in order to enable the petitioner to file appropriate writ petition, no coercive action shall be resorted to by the respondents to recover the aforesaid amount in question.
