The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014 dated 04.08.2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is said to have been cheated by the accused persons in conveying a property to him by virtue of a fake sale deed. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have been a witness to the sale deed along with another accused person.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the

No.14617 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 3rd Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 154 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
