The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 479 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that name of the petitioner finds place on confessional statement of co-accused and except confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Naugachia, in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 479 of 2014.
