The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Barabar Paryatan (Bishunganj) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019 dated 05.12.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

An occurrence took place over reaping of standing crops in the field over which the parties have been staking their respective rival claims. In the aforesaid occurrence both sides have received injuries.

One person from the side of the prosecution has been injured but the assessment of the nature of injury has not been made for want of further medical investigation. The nature of the injuries on the body of the petitioners also have not been assessed.

Considering the afore-noted facts and taking into account that the petitioners do not have criminal antecedents, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Barabar Paryatan (Bishunganj) P.S. Case No. 91 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
