2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 627 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The police has found the case to be true under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in jail since 07.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4989 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- IV, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 627 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
