Ms. Shaheen Begum ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2025 Earlier, vide order dated 04.04.2025, the bail application of petitioner no. 1 namely Lalu @ Ramesh Kumar already stood dismissed as withdrawn.

2. Sole petitioner i.e. petitioner no. 2 (Raju Kumar) apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 60 liters of country-made liquor alongwith utensils used for preparation of illicit liquor has been recovered near paine about one kilometer south of primary school, Pansari.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner namely Raju Kumar, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise - II, Patna in connection with Bhagwanganj P.S. Case No. 181 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
