In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No.64 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that on account of nonfulfillment of dowry demand the petitioner killed his wife. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that when the victim was preparing food on stove the stove was burst and on that account she died.
The petitioner is the husband of the victim. The death occurred on account of burning and dead body was also disposed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8370 of 2016 (5) dt.22-04-2016 2/2 of without giving any information to the police. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of one year from today.
