Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 22.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 2883/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that the case is pending for supply of police paper.

Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2019, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
