2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, while informant was returning home on motorcycle, in the meantime, three unknown miscreants riding on motorcycle stopped him and snatched his mobile phone, key of motorcycle, ATM card, credit card, driving licence, purse containing Rs. 10,000/- and other documents on the point of pistol and fled away.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No stolen articles were recovered from the possession of petitioner. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2393 of 2025(3) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 further submits that F.I.R. is lodged against the unknown and name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of similar nature, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
