The petitioner seeks his bail in Bhadaur P.S.Case No.12 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 354A, 354B, 452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner, after entering in the house of the informant, molested and assaulted her. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as per the prosecution case, the date of occurrence is 6.3.2015 and the FIR was instituted on 8.3.2015. No explanation has been made on behalf of the prosecution in respect of the delay in instituting the FIR and this shows that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is in custody since 9.3.2015. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Brajesh Kumar, Judicial
