The petitioners seek bail in a case under Sections 144, 452, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. During the course of investigation, the name of the petitioner figured but there is no substantive material against the petitioners. The petitioners are in jail since 08.02.2013. Similarly situated co-accused Manoj Ram has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22410/2012.

Of course, the petitioner has criminal antecedents but considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for two years, the above named petitioners are

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16634 of 2015 (2) dt.22-06-2015 2/2 directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 6th Addl. Sessions Judge, Saran at Chhapra in Bheldi P.S. Case No. 22 of 2010, corresponding to S.T. No. 494/13.
