The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/406/420/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of dispute and disputed question of facts as well as the fact that the dispute arose due to business transaction between the parties, let the petitioners, above named, who have got no criminal antecedent, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
