The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 222 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 306 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any office. In fact, the dispute between the parties has been settled by way of filing a compromise petition which is evident from Annexure-2. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
