This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26(2)35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 09.02.2015. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar P. S. Case No. 67 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner who will file affidavit to the effect that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
